VIPLeague is an independent editorial guide to the US sports television calendar. The map is fragmented across more services than at any point in the modern broadcast era, and the editorial mission of this page is simple: give one accurate answer to “what time and which service” for every major Sunday.
We cover the sports that fill an American weekend: Premier League, Champions League, soccer, NFL, NBA, MLB, and UFC. For UK readers, see the UK edition; for Italian readers, the Italian edition.
Who carries US sport in 2025-26
- NFL: A four-network split. CBS (with Paramount+) carries the AFC package. FOX (with the free Tubi simulcast) has the NFC. NBC Peacock holds Sunday Night Football. ESPN with ABC carries Monday Night Football. Amazon Prime Video has Thursday Night Football exclusively. Out-of-market Sunday Ticket is on YouTube TV.
- NBA: ESPN and ABC for the national-window games. TNT Sports for the Tuesday and Thursday doubleheaders. NBA League Pass for the full out-of-market slate. Local RSNs (Bally Sports, YES, NESN, MSG) for in-market home coverage.
- Soccer: Paramount+ has UEFA Champions League, Europa League, Conference League, Serie A and the NWSL. NBC Peacock has the Premier League. Apple TV has MLS Season Pass. FOX Sports has Bundesliga and FIFA tournaments. CBS Golazo is the free Champions League match-of-the-week.
- F1: ESPN and ESPN2 carry the full Formula 1 calendar in the US, with ESPN+ holding practice and qualifying sessions on the streamer.
- UFC: ESPN+ for the full PPV calendar and all Fight Nights. ABC simulcasts a small number of headline cards on free-to-air. UFC Fight Pass holds the international slate.
Subscription cost reality
A typical US sports fan in 2025-26 needs at least three services to cover what was once a single cable subscription. Paramount+ at $7.99/month, Peacock at $7.99/month, and either ESPN+ at $11.99/month or the Disney bundle covers most of the major leagues. Add YouTube TV at $82.99/month for Sunday Ticket and out-of-market hockey/baseball, or DAZN for boxing.
