DMCA Notice — VIPLeague USA Copyright Policy

VIPLeague is an editorial publication. We publish broadcaster schedules, subscription cost guides, and editorial commentary. We do not host video content, embed video players, or link to third-party video sources. The site’s only embedded data is the soccer fixtures widget from api.tfw.bz, which returns the public competition feed.

How to file a DMCA notice

If you are a copyright holder and believe content on vipleague.video infringes your rights, send a written notice to:

Your notice must include, per 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):

1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with sufficient information to locate the material (URL of the specific page on vipleague.video).
4. Contact information: address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Response time

We acknowledge receipt of DMCA notices within 48 hours. We will remove or disable access to the disputed material within 10 business days of a properly-formed notice, pending review by our editorial team.

Counter-notice

If you believe your material was removed in error, send a counter-notice to [email protected] containing the elements specified in 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3):

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the material that was removed and its location prior to removal.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the US, of any judicial district in which the service provider may be found).

What VIPLeague does not host

We do not host video content. We do not embed video players. We do not link to streaming services other than to official broadcaster homepages. We do not provide RSS or API feeds of broadcaster content.

If your DMCA notice concerns content on vipleague.ws, vipleague.im, vipleague.be, vipleaguetv.net, or any other site using the VIPLeague name: those are separate sites unrelated to vipleague.video. Please contact the operators of those sites directly.

Repeat infringers

VIPLeague has a policy of terminating account access for users who are determined to be repeat infringers, per the requirements of 17 U.S.C. § 512(i).
