Privacy Policy — VIPLeague USA

VIPLeague respects the privacy of its US visitors. This policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights under applicable US privacy laws including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).
Data we collect
Server logs. Our web server logs the IP address, user agent, requested URL, response status, and timestamp for every request. These logs are retained for 30 days for security and operational purposes.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to measure aggregate site usage. GA4 sets a first-party cookie (_ga) with a two-year lifetime. We have configured GA4 to anonymize IP addresses.
Advertising. We use Adsterra, a third-party advertising network. Adsterra may set its own cookies for ad delivery and may use IP address and user agent for fraud prevention. The Adsterra privacy policy is at https://adsterra.com/privacy/.
Email correspondence. If you contact us by email, we receive and retain the contents of your message and your email address.
What we do not collect or sell
We do not collect: account registration data, payment data, precise location data, biometric data, special-category data, or data from minors under 13.
We do not “sell” personal information as defined by the CCPA. We do “share” personal information with our advertising network (Adsterra) for purposes of advertising delivery, which may constitute “sharing” under the CPRA.
Your rights under CCPA / CPRA (California residents)
You have the right to:
- Know: Request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
- Delete: Request that we delete the personal information we have collected about you.
- Correct: Request that we correct inaccurate personal information.
- Opt-out of sharing: Direct us to stop sharing your personal information with our advertising network for advertising purposes.
- Limit use of sensitive personal information: We do not collect or use sensitive personal information beyond what is necessary to provide the service.
- Non-discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
To exercise these rights, email [email protected] with the subject “CCPA Request” and the specific right you wish to exercise. We will verify your identity (typically by matching your email address against our records) and respond within 45 days.
To opt out of sharing for advertising purposes, you can also use the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal, which we honor as a valid opt-out request.

Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have similar rights. To exercise rights under your state’s privacy law, email [email protected] with your state of residence and the right you wish to exercise.
