Privacy Policy — VIPLeague

VIPLeague is operated under UK law and complies with the UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018, and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR). This policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights as a data subject.
Data we collect
We collect the following data:
Server logs. Our web server logs the IP address, user agent, requested URL, response status, and timestamp for every request. These logs are retained for 30 days for security and operational purposes (debugging, abuse detection, capacity planning).
Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to measure aggregate site usage. GA4 sets a first-party cookie (_ga) with a two-year lifetime. The data is processed by Google LLC in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We have configured GA4 to anonymise IP addresses before any data leaves our infrastructure. No personally-identifying information is sent to GA4.
Advertising. We use Adsterra, a third-party advertising network, to serve display advertising on the site. Adsterra may set its own cookies for ad delivery and may use IP address and user agent for fraud prevention. The Adsterra privacy policy is at https://adsterra.com/privacy/.
Email correspondence. If you contact us by email (editorial@, dmca@, privacy@, press@), we receive and retain the contents of your message and your email address. We use this only to respond to your query and to maintain a record of correspondence.
What we do not collect
We do not collect: account registration data (we do not offer user accounts), payment data (we do not sell anything), location data beyond the country-level derived from IP address, biometric data, special-category data (health, religion, political opinions, etc.), or data from minors.
How we use the data
We use the data for: operational purposes (running the site, debugging, security), aggregate analytics (understanding traffic patterns at the country and page level), responding to your direct queries.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties beyond the third-party services described above (Google Analytics, Adsterra).
Your rights under UK GDPR
You have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification: Request that inaccurate data be corrected.
- Erasure: Request that your data be deleted (“the right to be forgotten”).
- Restriction: Request that processing of your data be restricted.
